Bee Blocks

I'm very excited as June is my month in the Brit Bee!  I've chosen a nice simple disappearing 9 patch block and I'm hoping my lovely Bees will make me 2 blocks each. I decided that the Dream On fabric that I bought ages ago was perfect for a pretty summery quilt so I chopped it up and it's now winging it's way around the UK so the lovely Bees can get busy!

I can't wait to see the blocks they make me - I love the disappearing 9 patch and think it will be gorgeous with the Dream On Fabric. Here's a little test block I made...

I also managed to finish my blocks for the 3 x 6 Bee. The little hive that I'm is so lovely and chatty. We decided to make 2 blocks for each other as we were enjoying ourselves so much. Here are my finished blocks. I hope everyone likes them :)

 Thanks for visiting! Happy Monday.....

  1. Your 3x6s are gorgeous! I can't wait for the postman to deliver my Bee package - Happy Monday to you too x

  2. I can't wait for my bee parcel. I want to get my hands on that fabric because I think I just may have to buy some for myself. Hope it isn't raining where you are today!

  3. Yay! Cant wait to get my fabric :-) Your 3x6 blocks are lovely, especially like the bottom ones!

  4. Looking forward to getting started on your June blocks. Your 3x6 bee blocks are soooo cute! Gorgeous! Jxo

  5. Those are all wonderful blocks!

  6. These are all great blocks. I've been too chicken to join a bee although I was once asked!

  7. Uh...I am looking forward to that. Very summary fabric. I am on in July and have been pondering for weeks and weeks now what to do.
